Xiogenix is an innovator, manufacturer, supplier, and production partner in the biomedical sciences industry. Their work supports cell and gene therapy and tissue banking manufacturing. Timeline: June 2023 to March 2024. H&H Mechanical Contractors completed the HVAC installation and system commissioning for Xiogenix’s 78,675 sq. ft. office and industrial facility in Muskego, Wisconsin.

Angelus Corporation, based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, is a global provider of interconnect products serving the aerospace and defense industry. Timeline: March 2020 to July 2020. H&H Mechanical Contractors completed the commercial HVAC installation and commissioning for Angelus’s new facility, including rooftop units, VAV zoning, and a BACnet controls system for the office and production areas.
